- Identifying the employer's needs

- The employer identifies the workforce needs and determines the profile of workers required (qualifications, experience, language skills, etc.).

 

- Planning and preparation - Preparation of documentation and job descriptions. 

- Selection of candidates:

- Review of applications and pre-selection of suitable candidates.          Interviews and assessment 

- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience and fit with the employer's requirements. Tests may be conducted to assess specific skills.

- Legal assistance: Information on employment law, employers' and workers' obligations.

Timeframes 

Seasonal employment of up to 90 days is temporary employment applied during periods of increased labour demand, mainly in the tourism and agriculture sectors. The process of obtaining documents and a visa takes about 2 months

 Seasonal employment of 3 to 9 months covers a period of three to nine months within a year and is typical for activities in the agriculture, forestry and fishing sectors, as well as in the hotel and restaurant industry. The process of obtaining documents and a visa takes about 3-6 months.

Long-term employment of 1 to 3 years involves a fixed-term employment contract of between one and three years. The process of obtaining documents and a visa is about 3-6 months
