OOD operates in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data data.
Grounds for Collecting, Processing and Storing Your Personal Information Art. 1. (1) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. collects and processes your personal data in connection with the provision of goods and services and contracts with the company on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and in particular on the basis of the following:

Art. 2. (1) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. collects and processes the personal information you provide to us in connection with the purchase and use of our goods and services and to enter into a contract with the Company, as well as to subscribe to our events, including for the following purposes:

Art. 3. (1) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. performs the following personal data operations for the following purposes:
Registration of a user on the website and performance of a contract for the provision of goods and services with sufficient guarantees to protect the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Conclusion and execution of a commercial transaction with a client or partner - the purpose of this operation is to conclude and execute a contract with a commercial partner or client and its administration
Sending Information Messages - The purpose of this activity is to administer the process of sending messages to customers concerning improvements or changes in services, exceeded parameters, and expiring services under the service contract.

Grounds for Data Processing: By accepting the Terms of Service and registering on the Website and purchasing a service, between Evolution AtoZ Ltd. and you are created a contractual relationship on the basis of which we process your personal data - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.
Other information that Evolution AtoZ Ltd. processes - When logging into our website or your profile, Evolution AtoZ Ltd. collects data about the IP address used.
Purpose for which data is collected: Improvement of service security and interface localization, statistical and marketing surveys.
Grounds for data processing: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR. Your Individual Invoice Information - If you wish to be issued an invoice in your capacity as an individual, you must provide your unique citizen ID.
Purpose for which the data is collected: Issuing an invoice for making payments under a contract for the provision of services for using the e-commerce platform.
Grounds for processing your personal data - By agreeing to the terms of service and registering on the Website, or entering into a written agreement, between Evolution AtoZ Ltd. and you are created a contractual relationship on the basis of which we process your personal data - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.
(3) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. does not collect or process personal data relating to the following:
disclose racial or ethnic origin
reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership
genetic and biometric data, health data, or sexual life or sexual orientation data.
(4) Personal data are collected by Evolution AtoZ Ltd. by the persons to whom they refer.
(5) The company does not carry out automated decision making with data.
The storage period of your personal data
Art. 4. (1) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. keep your personal data for a period not longer than the existence of a relevant negotiated transaction or a technical guarantee for a good or service. After this deadline, Evolution AtoZ Ltd. takes the necessary care to erase and destroy all your data without undue delay.
(2) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. Notifies you in the event that the storage period of the data needs to be extended for the purpose of fulfilling the goals, the fulfillment of the contract, for the legitimate interests of Evolution AtoZ Ltd. or else.
(3) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. retains the personal information that is required to be kept under applicable law for the relevant estimated period, which may exceed the term of your registration.

(2) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. is not obliged to delete personal data if it stores and processes:
to exercise the right to freedom of expression and the right to information
to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing provided for in EU or Member State law applicable to the Administrator or for the performance of a public interest task or in the exercise of official powers conferred on it
for reasons of public interest in the field of public health
for purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes
for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
(3) In order to exercise your right to be forgotten, you must submit a request through the option in your account or a written request sent to Evolution AtoZ Ltd., as well as to verify your identity and identity with the data subject before Evolution AtoZ Ltd. by presenting your ID card on the spot for identification purposes and, if necessary, entering your credentials into the profile of the data subject to an employee of Evolution AtoZ Ltd.

Art. 14. (1) If Evolution AtoZ Ltd. identify a breach of your personal data security, which may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify you without undue delay of the breach, as well as any measures taken or to be taken.
(2) Evolution AtoZ Ltd. is not obliged to notify you if:

Art. 18. You may exercise all your rights regarding the protection of your personal data through the forms attached to this information. Of course, these forms are optional and you can submit your requests in any form that contains a statement to that effect and identifies you as the data owner.

Art. 20 (1). When you outsource to Evolution AtoZ Ltd. to process personal data of a third party for the purposes of using the service, Evolution AtoZ Ltd. acts as a processor of personal data.
(2). In the cases of para. 1, Evolution AtoZ Ltd. acts solely on your instructions as a user of the service and only to the extent that it may have control over the personal data you process.
